Hello again from GeetarGizmos.  As guitar players and luthiers, we are constantly striving for that perfect "tone". A great deal of a guitar's tone is a function of the joint between the neck and the body. A sloppy joint results in poor tone. Typical bolt-on neck designs simply use wood screws - many times tapped into the wrong hole sizes. To solve this problem, we are happy to offer the Guitar Neck Threaded Insert Kit.
Here's why our Kit is superior:
1) Many luthiers/guitarists have already bought!  2) We include Full Instructions - others do not.  3) We include an allen wrench and cap screw to make the screw-in of the inserts a "piece of cake" - other's do not and you end up with stripped insert heads.  4) We use only high quality polished brass inserts - ultra strong and will last forever.  Stay away from STEEL inserts as they tend to split the wood when you install.  5) We include stainless steel oval head neck screws - others use regular steel and don't worry about matching head-types.  6) Need we say more?? 7) All you need is a 3/16" drill bit.

Installation is quick and easy.
No changes are made to your back plate - you simply need to re-drill the holes in your neck a tad larger. Installation Instructions are included to outline the procedure and the drill bit size to use. No extra thread tapping step is required.
