    Elmer Guitar Binding Router Jig - Cut Perfectly Squared Binding Ledges -used.
    This binding router jig did a great job helping me cut the slots for the bindings of my Martin guitar kit.  Since guitar tops and backs and sides have different angles and curves, a hand held router will easily tilt, resulting inan uneven slot. This jig keeps the router square regardless of the arched topsand angled sides. This Item has only been used once.
    The mounting holes on the carriage fit a Bosch Colt router,and also align with some other brands. If your laminate trimmer does not align,you can get Elmer’s Router Mounting Template. The included instructions coverthat possible issue. As with most every binding jig, you will need to supply aplywood base and a plywood body carriage. The last picture shows my personal setup of the jig with a lamanate trimmer, attached to a plywood base, and the brackets attached to a guitar-shaped plywood body carriage. The trimmer and plywood are not part of this sale.
