    Description

    curly/pomelle African sapele thin laminate top for electric guitar construction. Each piece about 7.1 inches wide, 20 inches long, sanded to about 0.210 inches thick. Nice figure, colorful with spalty sapwood edge in center. Sapele is not a sweitenia genus, but rather has the botanical name entandophragma cylindricum. It is considered an excellent mahogany substitute from africa and pieces like this that are quartersawn exhibit superior stability
