The Buy It Now Price is for ***ONE*** value priced bookmatched set of 4-5A Western Big Leaf Flame Maple (acer macrophyllum).   Buy both and save!
These sets are reduced price because they were cut to taper because of live edge.  One has small knots which can probably be avoided.   Both are just large enough for a Strat and would also work for Tele. Strat outline is penciled on to give an idea. They are flat dry and stable.

MWF701 : Quartersawn 21: long x 14-5/8 to 11 asymmetric taper x .180" thick
MWF702 : Flatsawn 20" long x 14-1/2 taper to 11-7/8" x .220" thick

With thin figured wood, some waviness is common.  All boards are flat and flexible enough to work with unless otherwise noted.  At least one edge is straight but will need to be jointed by machine or hand before gluing.
My simple figured wood grades:
3A : average figure, may not be consistent across the whole pattern or side to side.
4A : Bold consistent figure most people will find very appealing.
5A : The most eye-catching fully figured pieces.
I've been buying and selling guitar wood via online and mail order for over 25 years. I know how frustrating it can be to get something with surprises the seller didn't describe.  I do my best to explain everything I would want to know about if I was buying it.
Boards will be shipped wrapped in plastic wrap and packed securely in cardboard. As always upon receiving any wood, its best to let it acclimate to your local environment for at least a week before working with it.
